Non-Returnable Items

Note: All returns are subject to quality inspection and approval.
Return Process

Our team will verify the claim within 24โ48 business hours. 4. If approved, weโll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you for return shipping. 5. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.
Refund Details
โ Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days after return approval. โ The refund will be made to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking). โ For COD orders, bank details will be required for refund. โ In some cases, a store credit or coupon code may be offered as a faster alternative.
Return Shipping Charges
โ If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we bear the return shipping cost. โ If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping charges.
Replacement vs. Refund
โ Replacements will be given preference if the product is available in stock. โ If not available, a full refund will be issued.
Bulk/Corporate Orders
โ Returns for bulk or custom corporate orders are managed case-by-case. โ Custom branding jobs once approved are not refundable.
